I. Star Trek; Star Trek: The Next Generation; Star Trek: Deep Space Nine; Star Trek: Voyager; Star Trek: Enterprise; Star Trek: Discovery; Star Trek: Strange New Worlds; Star Trek: Lower Decks; and Star Trek: Prodigy; as well as all 13 movies are all trademarks and copyright of their owner, Paramount Pictures and/or CBS Studios.

II. Library Computer Access & Retrieval System or LCARS as it is better known, along with the design characteristics associated with the "technology" are the intellectual property of Paramount Pictures and/or CBS Studios. The use of the design elements and LC3ARS moniker are meant as homages to the design skills of Michael & Denise Okuda, who first put Gene's ideas for a futuristic computer interface into reality.

III. Star Trek: Hidden Frontier; Star Trek: Helena Chronicles; Star Trek: Odyssey; Star Trek: Operation Beta Shield; and Star Trek: Federation One, while based upon the aforementioned Star Trek franchise, are the creative works of Rob Caves and the Hidden Frontier Studios crew. While attribution is important, it does not negate any rights reserved by Paramount Pictures and/or CBS Studios.

IV. SeaQuest, seaQuest DSV, seaQuest 2032, DSV-4600, Deep Submergence Vehicle, W.S.K.R.S., and all the design characteristics and asthetics there-in-to are the intellectual property of Amblin Entertainment and or Universal Studios. The only IP I claim credit to is the design changes needed to convert the design of a 1,000ft long ballistic missile submarine into a 1,000m long starship.

V. Originally created by Cressida Cowell, as used in my adaptive work, the world of Berk and the stories there-to, are the IP of DreamWorks Animation. This includes the TV series Riders of Berk, Defenders of Berk, Race to the Edge, as well as the tv movies Gift of the Night Fury, and Homecoming.

VI. Earth Alliance, EarthForce, EAS, Minbar/Minbari, Centauri Prime, Narn, Vorlons, Shadows, First Ones, and of course the eponymous space station Babylon 5 are the creative product of series creator J.Michael Straczynski, regretfuly owned by Warner Bros.

IXa. Only where it does not conflict with the existing IP rights to the above rights-holders: spaceQuest, U.S.S. spaceQuest DSV, NX-94600, Deep Space Voyager, the name of the Delta-class runabout, the modifications and name of/to create the Firefly-class runabout, and other aspects unique to the spaceQuest-class starship design, are the IP of me, J.D. Gallaway. DSXG-1, or the 1st Deep Space eXploration carrier Group, and its design elements are based on the 1st Marine Interstellar Expeditionary Unit from the "Galactic Marines" saga by Ian Douglas. Crossing DSXG-1 into the B5 universe, and the ultimate solution to the crisis there, is my idea.

IXb. JDG Industries llc (fictional story version), JDG Industries d.b.a. (real, maker-brand), Freedom Central Railroad, FCRR, FCR, Freedom Central Corporation, FCCorp.US, and all the subsidiary "companies" are the creative IP of J.D. Gallaway. Arcade & Attica Steam Excursion Services, while very-heavily based on the real Arcade & Attica Railroad, has a major portion of it's history altered to fit the story.
